Biography

Bill is a lifelong resident of the Great Lakes Bay Region and moved to Saginaw in 2004. He graduated high school from T.L. Handy in Bay City Michigan, earned an Associate in Pre-Computer Science at Delta College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Management from Saginaw Valley State University. Hired in 1999, Bill is employed in his 25th year at Dow Credit Union, where he manages and leads the software development team. He resides in Saginaw’s Cathedral District at the “Wolfarth House”, an 1893 Queen Anne Victorian home he and his husband Kevin restored. Bill loves his city and is committed to keep moving Saginaw forward.
