Josh Roth

Josh Roth is the Senior Development Officer for LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute. In his role, Josh is responsible for fundraising for Victory’s national events, sustaining donor program growth, and cultivating mid-level gifts. Josh received a master’s degree in nonprofit management as well as a certificate in fundraising from the University of Central Florida. He also served in crucial development roles at Central Florida Community Arts, The Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida and Orlando Repertory Theatre, where he substantially grew their individual giving and recurring donor program. Prior to his time as a fundraising professional, Josh enjoyed a successful career as a theatre and musical theatre performer and brings the lessons art taught him into his everyday life.
